Environmental and Ethical Commitment Code of Conduct
At GoodDripCo, we uphold a steadfast commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and the well-being of our global community. Our Code of Conduct serves as a guiding light, ensuring that every aspect of our operations adheres to the highest standards of environmental responsibility and human rights.
Respecting Human Rights
We stand firm in our belief that businesses must respect human rights. We actively work to prevent and mitigate adverse human rights impacts linked to our operations, products, or services, and we address any such impacts with the utmost seriousness.
Compliance with International Standards
We source from suppliers that adhere to international labor standards, the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, and other relevant international treaties.
Legal Compliance and Best Practices
We source items from suppliers that comply with all applicable national laws and regulations.
Zero Tolerance for Forced Labor and Exploitation
We categorically prohibit the use of forced, involuntary, or compulsory labor in any form, including bonded or prison labor.
Protecting the Rights of Children
We are unequivocally committed to eradicating child labor. No person under the age of 15 or under the age required for compulsory education will be employed. Juvenile workers (ages 15-17) shall never be assigned work that jeopardizes their health, safety, or morals.
Promoting a Safe and Respectful Workplace
Every employee within our supply chain deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We strictly forbid any form of harassment, abuse, or disciplinary measures that involve physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harm.
No Discrimination
Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusivity. Discrimination on the basis of gender, marital status, pregnancy, race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, or any other factor is strictly prohibited.
Upholding Worker Rights
We recognize and uphold the right of all workers to form and join trade unions or worker organizations of their choosing. We fully support collective bargaining without any form of harassment or retaliation.
Ensuring Fair Wages and Equal Pay
We are committed to providing wages and benefits that at least meet legal or industry minimum standards. These wages should be sufficient to meet the basic needs of workers and their families, allowing for some discretionary income. Equal pay for equal work is a fundamental principle we uphold.
Anti-Corruption Measures
Our stance on corruption is unwavering. While we appreciate cultural norms such as gift-giving for appreciation, any attempt to influence conduct through gifts or favors is considered bribery and a corrupt act, which is strictly against the law.
Providing a Safe and Healthy Environment
The safety and health of our workers are paramount. We require safe and hygienic working environments and advocate for best practices in occupational health and safety.
Protecting the Environment
We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact and ensuring that our operations comply with environmental laws. We actively collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for improving environmental impacts.
Safeguarding Worker Rights
We expect all employers within our supply chain to establish rules and conditions that respect workers and protect their rights in accordance with national and international labor and social security laws.
Supply Chain Transparency
This Code of Conduct applies to all factories producing goods for GoodDripCo, including sub-suppliers.
Management Commitment
Our partners must fully integrate this Code and applicable laws into their business operations. Compliance is subject to verification and monitoring, and failure to follow this Code may result in contract termination.
At GoodDripCo, our unwavering commitment is to create a positive impact on the environment, uphold human rights, and nurture a culture of sustainability.
